COVID-19 Information

I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19. I am no longer requiring masks, but I am happy to wear a mask upon request. We may work with the windows open if the weather allows. As always, I am happy to answer any questions about Alexander Technique lessons via email or phone. I can also refer you to an AT teacher who is teaching remotely, if that interests you.
